Alice is dealing with numerous problems: high school graduation, a long-term relationship, an illegitimate pregnancy, and -- of course -- Mr. Freddy Krueger. This time, Krueger finds a new point of entry in the persistent dream state of Alice's unborn child, allowing him to taunt Alice even when she's awake.
