Family comedy adventure which sees two orphans deciding to rescue a city's stray dogs. Arriving at a foster home with a 'strictly no pets' policy, 16-year-old Andi (Emma Roberts) and her younger brother Bruce (Jake T. Austin) realise they'll have to find a home for their dog Friday. On a trip downtown, the kids discover an old disused hotel that would be ideal for their needs.
