Manya Surve, is a bright college student in Bombay, in love with Vidya. He gets involved in a murder case while trying to save his stepbrother Bhagrav. Manya is sent to jail in Pune where he befriends convict Munir and Veera. Manya escapes jail and forms his own gang to seek revenge. Inspector Afaque wants to put an end to it. Finally, his superiors reach a decision that made police-force history.
